Oak Alley Plantation Tours is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and asks you for nothing.

What is collected

Nothing, by this site. There is no account, no newsletter, no comment form and no tracking script. No cookie is set by these pages, and no profile of you is built or stored here.

Server logs

The hosting provider keeps standard web server logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, browser and referring page. These are generated by the server rather than by anything on the page, are used only for security and for diagnosing faults, and are not combined with anything else or sold.

When you follow a booking link

Links to tours lead to Viator or to GetYourGuide. Following one hands you over to that company, which will set its own cookies, including one that records that you arrived from here so a booking can be attributed. From that moment their privacy policy governs, not this one. If you would rather not be tracked, open the operator's site directly instead of following a link.

The map

The map on the home page does not load until you click it. Until then no request goes to Google and nothing is set in your browser. Clicking it loads a Google Maps embed, at which point Google's own terms and cookies apply. That is the only third-party embed anywhere on these pages.

Images and fonts

Every image is served from this domain. No web font is fetched from a third party; the pages use whatever typefaces your device already has. Nothing on the page phones home.

Your rights

Because no personal data is collected here, there is nothing held about you to access, correct or erase. If you have written to the contact address, that email exists in a mailbox and can be deleted on request. For anything held by a booking platform after you made a reservation, ask that platform — only they hold it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this URL with the updated date at the top of the page. Questions go to the contact page; the commercial arrangement is set out in the affiliate disclosure, and Oak Alley Plantation Tours carries the tours themselves.
